About the Role
The Company is seeking a Virtual Solution Sales Manager (Telematics & EV Charging) to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. This role will be based in Here East, Stratford.
Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Solution Sales Manager (Telematics & EV Charging), you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, growing the existing SMB customer base, and supporting the growth of a selected range of dealers. You will be instrumental in nurturing and upselling to our Freemium customer base, planning and executing sales webinars. You will be the face of the Clients' Pro Solutions to a selected group of Client dealers, building your customer network and raising dealer awareness for the portfolio of services offered by the Clients' Pro (Electric Vehicles, Charging, Servicing and Data Solutions/Telematics). You will build strong relationships with the Clients' Field Based Sales Team and the team to generate business opportunities for the Pro Solutions. You will conduct on-line sales demonstrations to prospective customers. Our Client is looking for an individual with strong communication skills, experience in sales/relationship management, ideally in SaaS, who is passionate about technology and energised by working within one of the biggest automotive brands in the world.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of online sales/account management experience, strong communication skills to work with our dealer network, new prospects, and existing customer base, while also working with multiple teams internally. You will be confident in upselling and spotting sales opportunities, able to deliver first-class customer experience, and possess a high level of administrative skills. Channel and/or direct sales experience within a SaaS business and measured success and proven experience in either telematics, mobility, EV Charging, or software sales are preferred.
