We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Assistant in Stratford Upon Avon. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work 14 hours a week, providing a great work-life balance.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the heart of our retail operation, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our charity's mission. Every day is different, and you will have the autonomy to take ownership of your tasks and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

About the Role

This permanent contract role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers, providing tailored advice and support to meet their needs
  • Organising and merchandising donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential
  • Collaborating with our E-Commerce team to drive online sales
  • Providing leadership and guidance to volunteers on the shop floor, ensuring seamless customer interactions

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of BHF, contributing to our mission to fund lifesaving research.
