This key strategic role sits at the heart of our platform and services teams, empowering connections between Smartsheet and other systems. You'll lead initiatives to scale our products almost infinitely, envisioning the next level of growth and efficiency. Reporting directly to our Senior Vice President of Platform, you will oversee a vibrant team of directors and engineers dedicated to crafting visually captivating and user-friendly products, build on strong foundations.

Our SVP of Platform is based in our Edinburgh office. You may choose to work from our Edinburgh or London offices, or you may choose to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

You Will:

  • Build and nurture high-performing teams and leaders through strategic hiring, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices to enhance velocity and productivity.
  • Develop clear goals, roadmaps, and delivery timelines to support Smartsheet's rapid and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to prioritize, plan, and allocate resources effectively across departments.
  • Contribute to shaping Smartsheet's corporate strategic vision and day-to-day operations as a key member of the Senior Engineering Leadership Team.
