Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Strategy Officer to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, positioning, and new business across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

External/Client

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team to drive new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage these to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns

Internal

  • Lead and develop a high-performing strategy team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Commercial

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team to drive new business opportunities

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Strategy Officer who has a strong understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
