Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Strategy Officer to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, positioning, and new business across the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

External/Client

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue across the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective media plans to meet client objectives
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Internal

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of business development and strategy professionals
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Commercial

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective pricing and revenue management strategies
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets and forecasts

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Strategy Officer who has a strong understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior business development or strategy role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
