Job SummaryThis position requires prioritizing customer opportunities, focusing attention on accounts with the greatest opportunity and likelihood of success, creating contacts, monitoring contractual compliance, and answering customer questions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research on customer businesses to identify new and lost business opportunities and prioritize them accordingly.
- Cultivate relationships with customers by assisting them in resolving service issues, ensuring retention of customers, and educating them on existing service channels.
- Stay up-to-date on competitor strategies and capabilities to position UPS Access Points advantageously.
- Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
