Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Cw4. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in managing our supply chain and ensuring that we secure the best possible value for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of goods.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by analyzing supplier data and negotiating better deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Resolve any order or price discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Source and procure high-quality goods and services from approved suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of computerized ordering tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: £22,308 per annum, plus benefits.
