Role Overview

As a Telecommunications Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing highly qualified leads and generating meeting opportunities for the business development team to attend. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell security services and products
* Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively
* Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects
* Maintain and update customer database with relevant information
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients
* Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented

About the Opportunity

We are offering a competitive salary of £22.5k basic plus commission, along with the chance to work in a dynamic team and develop your skills and experience.
