Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Consultant in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results by building strong relationships with our customers and identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue. As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you'll work closely with our territory account managers to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers. You'll also be responsible for managing customer projects and serving as an important interface between customer, sales, and specialist departments. Your ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement will be essential to your success in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
  • • Deliver exceptional results by building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Work closely with territory account managers to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers.
    • Manage customer projects and serve as an important interface between customer, sales, and specialist departments.
    • Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and countries to expand your internal network and participate in training courses to enhance your knowledge and skills.
    • Participate in a wide range of training courses and receive the most important know-how for your job - not only at the beginning but throughout your time with us.
    • Take over your own customers together with the sales department and jointly develop new strategies for their further development.
    • Manage a variety of customer projects and act as an important interface between customer, sales, and specialist departments.
    • Ensure that sales targets and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience in Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer sales is preferred. Additionally, you should enjoy communication and teamwork, have analytical and creative thinking, and ideally possess knowledge of logistical workflows. A full, clean driving license and minimum one year residency in the UK are also essential requirements.
