Structural Waterproofing Business Development Manager

As a Structural Waterproofing Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' design and installation services. You will work remotely, targeting groundworks, housebuilders, civil contractors, infrastructure contractors, and main contractors to achieve £1.5m in project sales. Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities through your existing industry contacts and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote waterproofing and roofing manufacturing vendor products to key stakeholders
* Develop and maintain relationships with quantity surveyors, architects, structural engineers, and project managers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the groundworks, housebuilding, civil contracting, infrastructure contracting, and main contracting sectors
Benefits: £48,000-£54,000 salary range, uncapped bonus potential, and a £6,000 car allowance.
