**Job Summary**
We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a Female Buddy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing companionship and support to Aisha, a young lady with Cerebral Palsy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Aisha with her daily activities and hobbies, such as swimming, tennis, and yoga.
- Assist Aisha with communication and social interactions, promoting her confidence and self-esteem.
- Encourage Aisha to participate in community activities and outings, ensuring her safety and well-being at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with children or adults with disabilities is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Aisha and her family.
- A calm and patient demeanor, with a willingness to learn and adapt to Aisha's needs.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £16.50 per hour (weekdays) and £17.50 per hour (weekends).
- A comprehensive induction program, including training on The Care Certificate and relevant policies and procedures.
- Ongoing support from a dedicated Case Manager and HR department.
