At Cinch Connectors, we are committed to innovation and growth. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving these initiatives forward. Your expertise will be essential in supporting Design Engineering with new process and product development, training staff on production standards, and ensuring seamless implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project support for Design Engineering, new process and product development
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance shop floor skills
  • Supporting 5S assessments and driving continuous improvement initiatives

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Degree or Graduate-level Engineer with a strong foundation in Engineering.
  • Ability to work primarily at the Worksop facility with occasional domestic travel to other Cinch plants, customer sites, or suppliers.

**Salary Range:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
