Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team in Godalming. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible administrative support to the sales team, assisting with various tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Manage client reviews, prepare spreadsheets and reports as needed, and draft letters and reports when required.
  • Secure new business illustrations and process new business applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain and update the client database, and assist with ongoing research projects.

Requirements:

  • At least CF Level 1 and 2 qualifications, with a minimum of two years' direct client experience in the financial services sector.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, with excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Able to work efficiently and methodically, particularly under pressure to meet deadlines.
