Job Title: Pension Scheme Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading SIPP and SSAS pension specialist company, renowned for its exceptional customer service. We offer a dedicated consultant-led approach to delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Pension Scheme Administrator. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for liaising with new business departments and technical teams to ensure accurate application information.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to establish new pension schemes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and record client data and transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Process benefit crystallisation events, calculations, and payroll
  • HMRC reporting and updating database records
  • Generate standard correspondence and complete reports

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and plan workload to meet business requirements
  • Some financial background and numerate skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Articulate communication skills and ability to interact with high net worth individuals
  • CII exams qualifications or willingness to study towards certificate level
