Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at Specialist Recruit International. As a key member of the Accounts team, you will be responsible for providing administration duties and support to provide a dedicated office and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Ledger Invoicing
  • Generate WIP Reports for review
  • Post Sales Ledger Receipts
  • Aged Debtor Statements/Letters
  • Code/Enter Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Billable Time Reports
  • Raise Credit Notes
  • Filing/Scanning
  • Supplier Payment Run/Ad hoc payments
  • Ad Hoc Reports


Skills Required:
  • A good grasp of modern office practices
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask, and plan own workload to meet business requirements and service level agreements
  • Numerate, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Articulate, with ability to speak to high net worth individuals and senior level staff
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills


Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday (3 reserved for Christmas) plus flex time, free car parking, 5% Pension contribution through auto enrolment pension scheme, private health care scheme (after successful completion of probation), 4x salary death benefit, and flexi time.
