Financial Administrator

At CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Godalming. As a key member of our Accounts department, you will be responsible for providing administration duties and supporting our dedicated office and client service.
The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of modern office practices, organisational skills and the ability to multitask. You will also need to be numerate with excellent Microsoft Office skills and able to communicate effectively with high net worth individuals and senior level staff.
Salary: £25,000 per annum

- Generate WIP Reports for review
- Post Sales Ledger Receipts
- Aged Debtor Statements/Letters
- Code/Enter Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Billable Time Reports
- Raise Credit Notes
- Filing/Scanning
- Supplier Payment Run/Ad hoc payments
- Ad Hoc Reports
