IFA Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our IFA team in Godalming. As an administrative assistant, you will assist our advisers with various administrative tasks, including preparing meeting packs, creating post annual reviews, and ensuring compliance checks are done with the utmost precision.

The salary for this position is approximately £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday + BH, Pension, Hybrid Working, Progression Opportunities, Study support & much more. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and acquire the necessary qualifications to progress into a Financial Advisor.

Key Tasks:
  • Support IFA team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, client correspondence, and data management
  • Liaise with clients through secure messaging system or telephone to address their queries
  • Maintain client records in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain client file documents in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with IFA team and Admin Team to meet deadlines and service level agreements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role or similar
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Industry attained qualifications (CII level 4 or DipPF or CertFS) (Desired)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A keen interest in financial planning and advisory services
  • Proficient using MS Packages
