Job Title: Operations Team Lead



At Amazon, we're looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team in managing our Fulfillment Centers. As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Fulfillment Centers, ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and in good condition.



Main Responsibilities:




  • Manage a team of Area Managers and direct reports to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations
  • Lead on numerous process improvement projects to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards within the remit area
  • Work closely with other support teams on staffing plans, schedules, and performance levels


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or working towards a degree
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite
