About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Frankie & Benny's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Controlling labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling to maximize profits
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
