Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to identify and quantify commercial opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers.
  • Conduct customer site visits to assess feed performance, quality, and additional services.
  • Gather data, forecast, and report on customer production.
  • Assist with customer and internal feed trials and projects.
  • Support marketing, sales, and client activities through specialized technical or scientific knowledge and product applications.
  • Offer technical support to customers, including direct farm contact and the commercial fish farming industry.
  • Interpret field data and provide feedback on housing, transport, equipment, nutrition, and related matters.
  • Document customer requirements and provide technical guidance related to sales strategy and proposals.
  • Develop value-selling skills by uncovering implied needs and developing those needs.
  • Share knowledge and introduce new solutions and concepts to customers.
  • Provide insights to management on quantitative and qualitative developments within the sales area.
  • Maintain and build product and technical knowledge through local and global trainings and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Participate in sales and customer service-related projects and contribute to project results.
