- Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers
- Conduct customer site visits to assess feed performance, quality, and additional services
- Gather data, forecast, and report on customer production
- Assist with customer and internal feed trials and projects
- Support marketing, sales, and client activities through specialized technical or scientific knowledge and product applications
- Provide routine technical support to customers, including direct farm contact and commercial fish farming industry expertise
- Develop value-selling skills by asking questions to uncover implied needs and developing those needs
- Share knowledge and introduce new solutions and concepts to customers
- Provide insights to management on quantitative and qualitative developments within the sales and expertise area
- Maintain and build product and technical knowledge through local and global trainings and collaboration with the sales team, product development, and Global Innovation
- Participate in sales and customer service-related projects and contribute to project results
