We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at Manucomm Recruitment Ltd. This individual will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be responsible for ensuring tasks relating to sales order processing and stock management are completed efficiently.

About the Role

">

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum and benefits including working hours from Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and on-site parking.

Key Tasks:

  • ">
  • Manage sales order processing, receipting of purchase orders, and liaising daily with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for production">
  • Ensure accurate stock recording of daily goods in and out and prepare paperwork for the production department">
  • Liaise with customers on orders and deliveries and prepare paperwork">
  • Process customer invoices, send statements, and maintain up-to-date customer records on Sage">
  • Keep track of credit accounts and ensure timely payment within agreed credit terms and raise any credit issues to senior management">

  • Knowledge of Sage and ability to learn new software quickly">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills">
