Clinical Lead Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Practitioner to join our team in the Emergency Department at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an autonomous caseload, including unpredictable work patterns and high levels of concentration on patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, and discharge.
This role requires the ability to deal with child protection issues and meet national targets for Emergency Department attendances. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Acute & or Emergency clinical environment and possess a strong understanding of Minor Injury/Illness management.
