School Improvement Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving school improvement and achieving excellent outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the school's improvement journey, working closely with the Headteacher and other senior leaders to identify areas of strength and weakness, and implement strategies for growth.
- To develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
- To work closely with teachers and support staff to develop their skills and knowledge, and to provide coaching and mentoring to enhance teaching practice.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience as a senior leader in education, with a proven track record of improving schools and driving student achievement.
- A strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and inform instructional decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and the wider community.
