We are currently looking for an exceptional Occupational Wellbeing Consultant to join our team at Get Staffed. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients across the Midlands.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of occupational health principles and practices. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

A key aspect of this role will be to travel to client sites throughout the region, providing expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated support.

We offer a competitive salary of £39,500 - £43,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a range of benefits. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based in Northampton.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
