About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Health and Wellbeing Professional to join our team at Amber Mace in Northampton, traveling throughout the Midlands. This is a part-time opportunity.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Develop and implement effective wellness initiatives to promote employee health
  • Provide expert advice on occupational health matters
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality services

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance on occupational health best practices
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop policies and procedures to promote employee health and wellbeing
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Occupational Health Qualification (degree/diploma)
  • Experience in attending and hosting client Wellness and Health promotion days
  • Previous experience within the Occupational Health sector
  • Full, clean driving licence
