Winner Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with a school that provides independent special educational needs placements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within SEN support, a valid driving licence, and a passion for working with children to ensure each child can achieve their true potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support Hub Manager and Lead Teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment of an innovative and flexible curriculum.
* Teach on a 1:1 and/or small group sessions as required.
* Pick up and drop off students (therefore a car is required).
* Play an active part in the developments of the school by supporting curriculum and development strand leads to drive forward improvement strands in a positive way.
* Encourage learner involvement in the decision making and the management of their programmes to support and maintain high learner engagement levels.
* Be a role model for Teaching Assistants and act as an ambassador for the Company's values and professional behaviours.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience within SEN support.
* Valid driving licence.
* Ability to work with children and support their development.
