We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Domestic Loss Adjuster to join our team in Scotland East Coast. As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will play a critical role in handling home insurance claims, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that their losses are assessed and settled fairly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for assessing damage to domestic properties, negotiating with customers and contractors, and ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will work closely with our customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to our customers and management.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and who is committed to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess damage to domestic properties and determine the extent of losses
  • Negotiate with customers and contractors to settle claims
  • Ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to customers and management
  • Work closely with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve claims in a timely and professional manner
