Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive fair and accurate settlements, while maintaining a positive relationship to protect our reputation and that of our Insurer client.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to identify if a customer may have a vulnerability, adjusting their communications and handling of the claim accordingly. You'll work closely with our Home Claims Adjusters to achieve successful conclusions of allocated claims, with a focus on delivering customer service and technical claims handling at the highest level.
We're committed to a flexible first policy, allowing you to enjoy a mix of working from our office and from home, with the agreement of your line manager on your individual pattern of work. Our loss adjusters utilise their renowned expertise on domestic claims, ranging in value up to £100k, and including claims of significant value and complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Work closely with Home Claims Adjusters to achieve successful conclusions of allocated claims
- Identify and adjust communications and handling of the claim for customers with vulnerabilities
- Maintain accurate electronic files and prepare claim documentation as required
- Liaise and build effective working relationships with colleagues in other internal product lines/departments
