About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Adjuster to join our team at Sedgwick. As a Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of domestic losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim. You will work closely with our Insurer clients and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective communication with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the cause and extent of the loss
  • Dealing with complex situations and challenges
  • Accuracy in assessing property damage and determining compensation
  • Handling multiple claims simultaneously and managing time effectively
  • Demonstrating empathy and providing excellent customer service
  • Negotiating fair and satisfactory settlements for all parties
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards
  • Adapting to different situations and ensuring effective claim resolution
