Property Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Adjuster to join our team at Sedgwick. As a Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of domestic losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim. You will work closely with our Insurer clients and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve timely resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities- Effective communication with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the cause and extent of the loss.
- Dealing with complex situations and challenges in property damage claims.
- Accuracy in assessing property damage and determining the appropriate compensation.
- Handling multiple claims simultaneously and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrating empathy and providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
- Negotiating fair and satisfactory settlements for all parties.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards and codes of conduct.
- Adapting to different situations and ensuring effective and efficient claim resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
