We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Finance team at PragmatIC Semiconductor as a Transactional Accounting Support Professional.

Job Description

This role involves providing day-to-day transactional accounting support to the accounts payable and finance team, requiring a proactive and organized approach.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process and reconcile invoices and expenses in preparation for month-end and payment runs.
  2. Manage Corporate Cards and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Respond to internal and external queries related to accounts payable, ensuring timely communication.
  4. Monitor daily supplier communications and address them accordingly.
  5. Reconcile supplier statements and implement necessary actions.
  6. Support the year-end statutory audit as required.
  7. Contribute to the finance team by providing general assistance and support for ad-hoc tasks.
  8. Maintain compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures throughout accounts payable activities.
  9. Effectively manage workload to meet responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • GCSE/equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
  • Confidentiality and data protection expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • AAT certification or prior experience in Accounts Payable is desirable.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills, with adaptability to changing demands.
  • Demonstrated understanding of general accounting principles and ERP systems is desirable.
  • Ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and expect the successful candidate to share these principles.
