Warrant and Revenue Lead

CV-Library is seeking a Warrant and Revenue Lead to join its operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients to resolve individual accounts correctly
- Highlighting and recording any vulnerability found when dealing with an account
- Dealing with voice mails left on the automated phone system and completing required actions within department SLAs
- Updating payment reports received from our finance team to ensure account information remains accurate
- Attending meetings as required and contributing input
