Key Account Growth Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a well-known, market-leading account. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with existing Key Accounts, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You will lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for Key Account initiatives. With a proven track record of successfully managing Key Accounts and previous management experience, you will be able to develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize growth opportunities within existing Key Accounts. Your strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills will enable you to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within each Key Account. With a positive attitude and initiative to exploit opportunities, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of Nicholas Associates.
