">In this dynamic role as a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical part in our logistics team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods for efficient storage and distribution.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for timely dispatch.
- Accurately updating stock records to ensure inventory precision.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (if certified).
- Strictly adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent physical fitness to handle manual labor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing stock records.
- Capacity to work seamlessly in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts, including potential overtime.
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
Compensation Information:
£28,000 - £33,500 per annum, contingent on experience, plus additional benefits including pension scheme, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional growth and training.
