J15-J13 Lead Coach Job Description

As a member of our coaching team, you will play a vital role in the development of our junior rowers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and leadership, with a passion for rowing and a commitment to excellence.

The J15-J13 Lead Coach will be responsible for managing a team of athletes, coaches, and volunteers to deliver a high-quality programme. This will involve creating a positive and motivating environment that fosters the development of young athletes.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of athlete progress and performance, and contribute to the development of the junior programme through continuous improvement and innovation.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type: Full-time, 30 hours per week
