Job Overview

The Mentorship Development Expert will play a crucial role in the Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) Programme. This position requires an individual who is passionate about rowing and youth development, with excellent communication skills to inspire and enable young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Programme Manager in delivering the DiSE Programme.
  • Attend face-to-face and remote sessions with mentors, coaches, and athletes.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to athletes, ensuring they meet their full potential.
  • Engage with rowers, coaches, and clubs to promote the DiSE Programme.

Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coaching or development.
  • First Aid and Safeguarding training.
  • DBS documentation.

Salary Estimate: £25-£35 per hour
