About the Role

Ladgov is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing high-quality youth programs. As a Faith and Community Developer, you will play a key role in creating and implementing engaging programs that foster social, ethical, and religious growth among youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program framework that aligns with Ladgov's mission and values.
  • Work closely with the Wing/Installation Chaplain to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of our youth participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience working with youth in established organizations, preferably in church-based ministry.
  • Strong understanding of Christian faith tenets and ability to work within a Protestant and Catholic tradition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
