Job Summary

The Curriculum and Events Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that promote social, ethical, and religious growth among youth. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of Christian faith tenets and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program framework that aligns with Ladgov's mission and values.
  • Design and deliver engaging programs that meet the needs of our youth participants, including weekend winter camps and multi-day summer events.
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience working with youth in established organizations, preferably in church-based ministry.
  • Strong understanding of Christian faith tenets and ability to work within a Protestant and Catholic tradition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
