Faith and Learning Program Manager

Ladgov seeks a seasoned Faith and Learning Program Manager to design, implement, and evaluate Protestant religious education programs for personnel and their families at RAF Alconbury/Molesworth.
Main Duties:
- Create and execute Protestant RE program frameworks that align with the needs of our community.
- Work closely with the Chaplain to develop strategic plans and manage budgets.
- -coordinate promotions and communications for RE programs and events.
- Maintain relationships with personnel and their families.
Essential Skills:
- At least 6 months experience in a Christ-based religious education setting.
- Prior experience in a military setting is highly valued.
- Exceptional English language proficiency is necessary.
- In-depth understanding of the Protestant faith is vital.
Compensation Package: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum.
