Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients to comply with bail conditions and produce realistic support plans to access housing services.
  • Ensure all support plans and risk assessments are unique, inclusive, and person-centred.
  • Provide weekly support sessions to engage residents with their support plans and contribute to achieving their objectives.
  • Manage properties to ensure they meet Decent Homes Standard and undertake basic cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop person-centred support and move-on plans.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and ability to work with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
  • Flexibility to travel within the allocated area and be flexible to cover other local patches as required.
  • Familiarity with computer-based packages.
