About the Job

CIH International Housing Group is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Vulnerable Youth Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide tailored support to young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support to customers, focusing on empowerment, goal-setting, and skill-building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless care coordination and holistic support.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to address the complex needs of vulnerable individuals.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs for colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of support.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or youth work).
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and psychologically informed environments.
