Salary: £61,060 – £64,413 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Manager to join our Policy, Strategy and Impact team.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on the regulatory framework to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our Board and Executive to develop and maintain the regulator's strategic direction.

You will be responsible for leading projects and activities within a wider programme of policy, strategy and impact development work. This includes evaluating the short and long-term impacts of policy issues affecting the social housing sector and social housing regulation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of leading policy or strategy formation in either a housing or regulatory environment.
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of the current political context on organisational policies and direction.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects that require creative thinking and the ability to manage several interdependencies.
