About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Lead Analyst to join our Private Assets Operations team at Schroders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the daily operations of the treasury function, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions and management of cash flows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Treasury team, and external counterparties, such as banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide analytical support to the Treasury team, leveraging expertise in financial modeling and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury management systems, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a treasury function, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, with experience in Coupa TM5.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
