Join Schroders as a Treasury Risk Management Analyst

Become an integral part of Schroders, a distinguished global investment manager with over two centuries of expertise, in the role of Treasury Risk Management Analyst. In this capacity, you will play a vital role within the Service Centre Finance team, delivering crucial Treasury Risk and regulatory support to our Wealth Management divisions globally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing daily reports on market and counterparty risks
  • Overseeing the configuration of FIS Balance Sheet Manager
  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of market and liquidity risks
  • Drafting reports for management committees
  • Ensuring compliance with SLA KPIs and Group reporting timelines
  • Assisting the business with various ad-hoc inquiries
  • Participating in diverse projects as required
  • Providing backup support for team members
  • Developing and revising procedural documentation

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Treasury, Market Risk, or Asset and Liability Management
  • Robust understanding of market and liquidity risk frameworks
  • Experience with market data provider tools such as Refinitiv
  • Prior familiarity with FIS Balance Sheet Manager or equivalent software
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • A proactive and analytical mindset
  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL-based data querying using Management Studio
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services sector
