The Role

We're looking for a skilled Cash and Treasury Operations Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cash and Treasury functions.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cash flow processes, both interbank and client-related. This will involve handling collateral and cash management with a high level of expertise, utilizing Microsoft Office tools effectively to support daily tasks, and leveraging experience with the T24 system to enhance operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines, communicating effectively with team members and external counterparties, and supporting team activities and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all cash flow processes, both interbank and client-related.
  • Handle collateral and cash management with a high level of expertise.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to support daily tasks.
  • Leverage experience with the T24 system to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external counterparties.
  • Support team activities and business operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • IMC or IOC qualification.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow processes.
  • Good knowledge of collateral and cash management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with the T24 system is beneficial.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage strong working relationships.
  • Receptive to feedback and open to change.
  • Expertise in Cash and Treasury Operations.
  • Ability to handle complex issues throughout their lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing risk and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Investment, Operations, and Accounting colleagues.
  • Leadership skills to direct and assign workloads across the team daily.
