Treasury Operations Lead Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our Private Assets Operations team at Schroders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage facility requests and maintain a daily check on the facility mailbox.
  • Liaise with the bank and Fund Operations Team on new loan requests, maturing loans, interest payments, and repayments.
  • Keep the covenant file up-to-date and ensure all loans are entered into the treasury management system in a timely manner.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of the covenant file and the treasury management system.

**Additional Administrative Duties**

  • Assist the Treasury team with daily administrative tasks related to bank account openings and due diligence updates.
  • Support various reports and audits throughout the year.

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience in a treasury function (corporate or bank).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in treasury management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Proactive and independent working style.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing day-to-day priorities.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience using Coupa TM5.
