Schroders, a leading global investment manager with over 200 years of experience, is seeking a Treasury Risk Management Analyst to be an integral part of our Service Centre Finance team. This role is pivotal in delivering essential Treasury Risk and regulatory services to our Wealth Management divisions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce daily reports on market and counterparty risk
  • Oversee the configuration of FIS Balance Sheet Manager
  • Conduct thorough analyses of market and liquidity risks
  • Compile reports for management committees
  • Ensure compliance with SLA KPIs and Group reporting timelines
  • Assist the business with various ad-hoc requests
  • Participate in diverse projects as required
  • Provide backup support for team members
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation

Qualifications Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury, Market Risk, or Asset and Liability Management
  • In-depth knowledge of market and liquidity risk frameworks
  • Experience with market data provider tools such as Refinitiv
  • Familiarity with FIS Balance Sheet Manager or equivalent software
  • Competence in the MS Office suite
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Management Studio for SQL-based data analysis
  • Background in the Financial Services sector
