About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash and Treasury Operations Analyst to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our Cash and Treasury Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash and treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Settle repo/reverse repo, money market placements, and other cash and treasury transactions
  • Prepare, maintain, and supervise daily and intraday nostro cash positions with Correspondence banks and custodians
  • Maintain counterparty static data, including settlement instructions, and counterparty limits
  • Manage collateral relating to OTC derivative positions and conduct EMIR reporting
  • Ensure the daily settlement of bank and building society deposits and monthly capitalization work
  • Undertake reversals, adjustments, and corrections of client Treasury deals
  • Handle and execute all incoming and outgoing customer and corporate payments
  • Investigate issues and queries in relation to payments and respond to cash-related queries from Investment teams
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of operational risks and control frameworks, with knowledge of current regulation in the Treasury area
  • Experience in Treasury and Cash area with an understanding of Treasury products and their settlement processes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong handle on operational risk
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with T24 system beneficial
