Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Field Service and Installation Engineer to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will have experience in front-line customer service, a full UK driving license, and flexibility to travel and work on an on-call rota. They will also need to pass background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history, and DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and other security systems
  2. Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and all other security systems
  3. Maintain fire & security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements
  4. Respond to demand service calls on all types of fire and security systems
  5. Carry out annual service visits and respond to incoming faults raised
  6. Apply updates and accurate descriptions of works completed via SIMPRO to inform the office of progress
